Located right on Hwy#7 in Carleton Place, The Valley BBQ offers a family-oriented and fun atmosphere.

Our meals are prepared with only fresh local meats and seasonal vegetables when available.  All menu items are hand-made daily to the exacting standards of chef Roger Weldon.

Order from our menu or create your own. Our chef, Roger Weldon, will be happy to assist.  Try our authentic southern Smokehouse BBQ food or something truly unique for your wedding or other special gathering.  We are fully licensed for catering events.
